Should you require support while using ThinkTank, there are several options available. The list below is intended to provide possible routes to receive the best possible support.

There are two levels of support listed below with a brief description of their intent.

Level 1

If you are having local computer or networking issues unrelated to ThinkTank, yet may still be experiencing difficulty accessing or using ThinkTank, contact your local IT department or Center of Excellence (CoE).


Level 2

If you need to report a bug, request a feature, or have any issues with ThinkTank, please contact ThinkTank Support using the options listed below
